Although it sounds simple, it can become a long search to find those 'quality' musicians that have a 'real' dedication to becoming a long term part of your project. Not only am I looking for great musicians with high energy, I need a collective group of individuals that can form a great team that will realize for the short term, rewards may be few, but, for the long-term there are many wonderful things a 'close' band can realize....paying your dues can be discouraging to some, but, for more mature musicians, it will pay dividends.

Forming a stable entertaining band requires patience in hiring the right musicians that believe in your music & love to play it. It's also about trust & becoming a solid team in order to grow your career.
